On April 10th, Jiang Ming, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Political Consultative Conference, Deputy Director of the Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan Overseas Chinese and Foreign Affairs Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Overseas Chinese Federation, and full-time Vice Chairman of the Shandong Provincial Committee of the Zhigong Party, led a research team of 12 people to conduct a special research on the Jinghai Fishing Port Town project at the company, accompanied by leaders of the Weihai and Rongcheng Political Consultative Conferences and leaders of Renhe Town, on the topic of "accelerating the construction of 'characteristic towns' according to local conditions". Lian Renjie, the general manager of the group company, accompanied the research.

The research team successively inspected the central fishing port of Shawo Island, Yuantong outfitting dock and other places, and expressed appreciation for the company's efforts to seize the strategic opportunities of the ocean economy, highlight the rural revitalization function, build a beautiful Jinghai Bay with distinctive fishing port characteristics and coastal service supporting facilities based on the Shawo Island National Offshore Fishery Base, and create a modern fishing port town in northern China. Lian Renjie provided a detailed introduction to the current construction status and next development plan of Jinghai Fishing Port Town to the research team.
