On July 10th, a group of six people including Wang Xifeng, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President of Hengfeng Bank Co., Ltd., accompanied by Chen Haoxu, Secretary of the Party Committee and President of Yantai Branch, Li Shuhao, Secretary of the Party Committee and President of Weihai Branch, and Liu Yang, President of Rongcheng Branch, visited the company to investigate the Shawo Island National Offshore Fishery Base. Wang Gang, Executive Vice Mayor of Rongcheng Municipal Government, Sui Yanqiu, Deputy Mayor, and others accompanied the event. Wang Xingchang and his team conducted on-site research on the company's Shawo Island storage and logistics park, Shawo Island central fishing port, and Yuantong outfitting dock. At the Yuantong outfitting dock, they gained a detailed understanding of the construction progress, technical performance, fishing areas, and fish species of various types of offshore fishing vessels. At the subsequent symposium, Lian Renjie gave a detailed introduction to the development of the company's offshore fishing industry to President Wang, with a focus on reporting on the current progress of the Shawo Island National Offshore Fishing Base project, as well as plans for future work. He also expressed gratitude to Hengfeng Bank for its strong support to the company over the years. President Wang pointed out that extensive and in-depth cooperation between banks and enterprises for common development is an important measure to implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's "Economic Strategy for the Ocean" and build a maritime power. In the future, the cooperation between the two sides will be further strengthened and expanded. He expressed appreciation for the company's approach of using offshore fishing as the leader and bases as platforms to accelerate the transformation of new and old driving forces in the marine economy and achieve the integrated development of the three industries.
